Parents/Guardians

Are your child’s immunizations up-to-date? Make sure your child is ready for the 2021/2022 school year! School begins August 11, 2021. In accordance with Arizona State Law (Arizona Revised Statutes 15-872), students that are not up-to-date on their immunizations, in catch-up status, or do not have a valid exemption form on file should be excluded from school attendance. The administration at Snowflake Unified School District will be following state law and district policy on immunizations for the upcoming 2021/2022 school year. Please plan now to make an appointment with your doctor or Navajo County Health Department to get the required vaccinations before school starts. Bring the immunization record, or vaccine update, to your child's school or the District Office as soon as your child receives the needed vaccines. We can then update your child’s immunization records in our system. Thank you for helping us safeguard the health and well-being of all our students by ensuring that children attending Snowflake Unified School District are fully immunized. If you have any questions, please call Kim Stevens, RN @ 536-4156 ext. 7729. Thank you and have a wonderful summer!
